These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Kylie Cosmetics, operated by Coty DTC Holdings, LLC. By accessing our store and placing orders, you accept these Terms.

You must be of legal age to make purchases. All products are for personal use only; resale of purchased goods is prohibited.

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must stay in original packaging with intact seals. To initiate a return, send your order number and product photos to [email protected]. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Damaged items can also qualify for a refund or replacement upon verification.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

All content, trademarks, images and branding related to Kylie Cosmetics are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our brand assets without written permission.

You agree not to use our services for illegal, harmful or disruptive activities. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Our products, services and content are provided on an as-is basis. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

These Terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of California courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain fully valid. These Terms together with our Privacy Policy form the full agreement between us.
